Return Policy

You may return new items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for Amazon to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Amazon to process your return once they receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process their refund request (5 to 10 business days). Amazon will notify you via e-mail of your refund once they have received and processed the returned item.

If you placed your order from www.whitemt.com directly please follow the steps below to process your return. If upon logging into your White Mountain account, and do not see your order you may have ordered directly from Amazon.com. In this event please refer to their return process.

1. Go to www.whitemt.com and log into your account. You will use your Amazon.com log in details for log in as you did when placing your order.
2. Locate your order and click on "View Order" If your order is pending shipping it will be under "open orders". If it has already shipped it will be under "orders placed in the past 6 months"
3. Click on "Return an Item" and select the reason for your return.
